All applicants to OPCSA must have graduated from High School or completed and pass the GED test. ​

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Complete online application

• Personal Essay

• Mandatory interview with the Admissions Director

• Official copy of all transcripts

• Evaluation from 2 instructors or employers

• Letter of recommendation from Priest

• $25 application fee 

• Background Check

In addition, the following applicants must summit:

Seminarians Applicants

• Hierarch's Evaluation

• PTh.D Essay

• Spiritual Father's Recommendation (if different from Priest's)

• Copy of Baptismal/Chrismation Certificate
